A few policies to share:

• our turn around time is 3-5 business days.

• payment methods accepted are postal money orders, instant payment through paypal or credit card through paypal (you don't have to have a paypal account to use a credit card).

• We use USPS Priority Mail for shipping packages. The maximum shipping charged will be $8.95. Even if your order doesn't fit into a flat rate shipping box.:) We cover the cost of insurance too.

• If you would like to exchange or return an item that was damaged, please email us, and we will get you the information you need. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D.
